:: TypeSpeed Typing Test

Hey, guest, welcome to the TypeSpeed Test! Here, you can test your typing speed (also known as wpm, or words per minute). When you click 'begin test', you'll see a block of text displayed in large letters. This is the text you need to type for your text. Text you've already typed will appear in green if it's been spelled correctly, or red if it's been either spelled wrong or if you've just started typing it.

Once you've typed the entire block of text, and there are no mistakes, your results will be immediately calculated and displayed for you.

Note: text is case sensitive

As you are not currently logged in, the difficulty level is automatically Normal, and there is only one text that you can type. If you log in, you have immediate access to lots of different texts to type, different difficulty levels, plus some great exercises to teach you how or help you with your typing.
